RATES
Our nightly rate starts at $62.50; our weekly rate starts at $375. These rates vary based on season and occupancy. Our monthly rate is $995, plus electric. Guest discounts may be applied to nightly rates only.
From November 1 to March 31, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly discounted rates.

- Rates are based on 4 occupants. There is a $10.00 per day/night charge for each additional person. Day visitors and overnight guests must be registered with the office.
- November 1 to March 31, we offer discounted weekly and monthly rates for RV sites. No additional discounts apply.
- Monthly stays may only be booked through our reservations desk at 828.349.0412.
- We do not offer seasonal rates.
